i dont have a billing adress

I have started using my device and I want to make an apple id without providing any billing adress , I made an apple id through apple.com but now i tried to sign in using itunes but it says that i must review my account . I started the prcocedure to review it but when I came to the review payment information, I must provide payment type.I wanted to select none but their isn't any none option . What should I do ??? please reply .

If you only want the free apps, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.

You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)
