why does facetime doesn´t work in South Africa?, why does facetime doesn´t work in South Africa?

I have an iphone5 which works perfectly in Europe. I´m in Southafrica for a few weeks and facetime doesn´t even appear anymore when trying to use it via "contacts"

Could anybody help me?
