I accidentaly deleted some photos on my iPod Touch 5 about 2 weeks ago becuase I thought I emailed to my self on gmail. Now I would like to know if there is a software to get it back. I also deleted the photos from photo stream. I back up my iPod to iCloud and can't find out how to restore the back up from 2 weeks ago (the last backup was yesterday). So is there a way to get those photos back thanks in advance.

You are out of luck. Only the last backup is available. since when you back up again the last backup is just modified with the changes.

There are two options that could possibly work to recover deleted photos on an iPod Touch. One of them is to restore the iPod back to its latest sync and see if that works. Another idea is to use a third party program like TenorshareiPod Data Recovery to recover deleted text messages.
If she backed up after the photos were sent, then try restoring from backup. Make sure that you turn off automatic syncing first before you connect. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says Prevent iPod touch 4.

If he didn't backup his photos on iPhone previously, then it might be tough to recover.
The data recovery software only recover the external card data, so your deleted photos in phone can't be retrieved.
