Q: installing itunes using google chrome

My new iPod Shuffle gave me the following 4 instruction to "set up and charge" :

 

  1. Download iTunes (check)
  2. Connect iPod to computer (check)
  3. Set up iPod Shuffle using onscreen instructions in iTunes, when they appear (NO INSTRUCTIONS EVER APPEARED)
  4. blah blah blah

 

I have no idea how to set up my new iPod Shuffle.  There are instructions for IE but not Google Chrome.

 

Can someone help out?

    Did you install and run iTunes?
