How can I view my synced photos from the computer?
I have synced my old phone onto the computer prier to getting a new one. Now I would like to view my photos from the computer. How can I do so?

View what photos?
Photos taken with the iphone are not part of the sync process at all. You should be importing them to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera.
