Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Vodafone ireland requested for my iphone 4 to be unlocked over 3 weeks ago but it still hasnt been done why is it taking so long? this isnt normal is it? please help me

I have and they said Apple are the one who havent done it yet.
Apple doesnt unlock the phones. Only the carriers process the unlock. Have you restored the device in itunes yet? Follow this article and your phone should be unlocked. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5014
yes ive tried this several times still till nothing happens thou. Very Frustrating.
