missing instruments after update!! HELP PLEASE

i reinstalled GB because i had missing instruments. when it reinstalled it had those arrows on the greyed out instruments so i could update my garageband. i updated it which took a long time. and now theres no new instruments or nothing new from the update! help! thanks!
