I followed instructions. I changed the location to E in order to delete the folder in my laptop. But it always goes back to C drive even when I reset. What can I do?

The way that usually works is to copy the entire iTunes folder out from the C: drive to (ideally) the root of another drive as say E:\iTunes, then hold down shift as you start iTunes, keep holding shift until you asked to choose or create a libray, then choose the library on the other drive. Depending upon what you have already done you may still be able to do the shift-start-iTunes bit. If you have consolidated the media folder to some new path then it all becomes a bit more complicated but I should be able to take you through it if needs be. The process is desribed at make a split library portable...
