Charging trouble

Why does My iPhone 4 takes 4-5 hours to fully charge from 0%? It lasts a bit longer but is a pain to charge. I have bought new chargers and restored it but that doesn't seem to work? Any help?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
