My name is cristian, i'm come from chile, in april 2012 i bought Apple Iphone 4S 16 GB Black in my country for my operator GSM Movistar. In february 2013 my iphone had a problems (wifi conections lost, display problems); in this oportunity traveled to the USA and visited the Apple Store in Columbia, Maryland, in that store an apple employee changed my Iphone. In march 25, my new iphone have a problems (wifi conection lost, 3g lost and display problems), my problems is i'm in my country now, not in USA; my iphone is dead, i need help, i need my phone. Can you contact me? can you a solution for my problem?.

Mi nombre es cristian, yo vivo en Chile, en abril de 2012, yo compre un Apple Iphone 4S 16 GB Negro en mi pais a mi operador GSM Movistar. En febrero de 2013 mi iPhone tuvo problemas (perdida de conexion wifi, problemas en su pantalla), en esa oportunidad viaje a EE.UU. y visite la Apple Store de Columbia, Maryland. En esa tienda, un empleado de Apple cambio mi telefono. El 25 de Marzo, mi nuevo telefono tiene problemas (se pierde señal wifi, de 3g y problemas en la pantalla), mi problema es yo estoy en mi pais ahora (Chile) no en USA. Mi iPhone esta muerto, yo necesito ayuda, necesito mi telefono. ¿Pueden ustedes contactarse conmigo? ¿Pueden dar una solucion a mi problema?

    Warranty and support for iPhones is limited to the country of origin.

    If you purchased the device in the US (a rather unintelligent move if you do not live in the US) then the warranty is only valid in the US.
