Q: im trying to add vids to my ipod touch with Itunes

ive been trying to add videos with itunes and its (itunes) not picking up any of my vids ive used MP4 mpeg and mov file formats and it hasnt read any of them or added them to the library

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3

Download AnyVideoConverter It has inbuilt profile to Convert Videos for Apple Products

I really use that software to Convert videos and Then use iTunes to put into your iPod

You are likely having problems because the format is not compatible with the iPod. There are many variations pf mp4, mpeg and move and not all are compatible with the iPod.
