My iphone 4 will not connect to wifi. It won't even show the wifi names. I tried to connect manually and resetting the network settings and a soft reset but nothings worked, please help me!

I've legitimately tried everything that Best Buy and Apple have suggested to try to fix this issue and nothing works. I plan to go back to Best Buy on Saturday and refuse to leave until they give me a new phone. This has been an issue for well over a year and every time I try and get it resolved they tell me to speak with the Apple store, who are then perplexed and refer me back to Best Buy. I have the Black Tie protection from there and I've never used it although I've been paying for it for close to 2 years.
