Can i connect Apple TV to my iPhone 5 network

I've not tried it, but it should work - Personal hotspot wifi should use WPA2 Personal encryption and g or n speeds.

Not sure if iPhone would work as a router to connect several devices eg computer via wifi to allow itunes content on computer to stream to appletv.

I've used a mifi 3G device to accomplish this kind of thing in the past.
