iPhone beeps twice

Recently I have updated my iPhone to iOS 6.1...I see that whenver I get a message or whats app msg...it beeps twice...I have checked the notification centre and checked repeat as never...I dont know what is the actual problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1

Mine has been doing this for a LONG time now. Annoying to say the least. The second beep seems like it comes in around 5 minutes or less after the first beep. I don't see anything in Settings to either turn on or turn off the 2nd beep.
