I notice when I attach and mail a .pdf document using the Print>PDF>Mail PDF option with preview or any other app. The resulting pdf file name attached to an email has two .file extension e.g. documentname.doc.pdf or .pdf.pdf. This then cuases problems when sending the email as its rejected by the email server as having a virus becuase of the filename looking like its trying to hide another type of document.

I know I can save the pdf then rename it and then attach it to an email, but I would rather same time and attach it direct from within word or preview.

Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent having two . file extensions addded when using the  Print>PDF>Mail PDF dialog?

Many thanks.
