Preview in Mac OS X is a clever tool which i use very intensively (for taking notes on presentations, creating 1 document out of 2 pdf files, etc.). I do miss one big feature though and I am not sure if I just don't know how to do it or if it just doesn't exist.
I am filling out a form at the moment (pdf file) and at one point they ask to insert a recent passport picture. In Photoshop it's very easy to select (a part of) an image and drag it over to another document (creating layers- I don't need the layers, just explaining the principle). I have tried everything but I cannot drag the image over the existing pdf file. The only thing that seems possible is to drag the image and create another page in the pdf file thanks to the small menu on the right of the preview window.
Is there anyone able to tell me how to do this? I'd rather avoid printing the entire document just for a passport picture ;-)
p.s. I am using Mac OS X 10.7.5 on a Macbook Pro 13"
