My old laptop crashed before I could transfer my music to the new one. Is there any way I can get all my music still on my iPod into my new iTunes?

I have a 160GB iPod classic thats barely full but still has a ton of music. I just purchased a new laptop after close to a year after my prior one crashed, leaving my iPod unsupported and me unable to change anything on it as well. Is there any way I can regain all the music that was left on my iPod and save it to my new laptop?

Any third party content (imported from CDs, purchased from any music site other than iTunes) will not transfer back this way like Mohamed.Montreal mentioned. Currently, iTunes is not able to transfer third party content from a device to your computer. This discussion talks about some third party ways to transfer non purchased content :
