help!!! accidentally deleted my admin account os x lion 7.5

Hi can someone please help? I've managed to delete my admin account in users and groups, ive only got a standard one now and everytime i need to make a change it keeps asking me for my admin user name and password.

running os 7.5 on a macbook pro mid 2009
