To reset your security questions, you need to have a rescue email on your account. This article explains what a rescue email is, and how to set one up:

If you are not able to set up or use your rescue email, you will need to speak with Apple's Account Security Team and have them reset your questions. You can contact them either through express lane, or phoning the AppleCare number for your region:

If you call from a number in the above list, ask to speak with the Account Security Team specifically, or you will be routed to the Technical Support Team instead.

Hi Jaymikoto,

If your rescue email is set up on your account, to locate the reset link you will need to go to https://appleid.apple.com. Click "Manage Apple ID" and sign in. From here you would click the "Password and Security Tab" You should be prompted with 2 of your security questions. Below the questions there should be "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to dxxx@mac.com?" If this link isn't there, then you will need to speak with Apple's Account Security Team, as your rescue email address may not have properly saved when you added it, and there is no other way to reset your questions without their assistance. I hope this helps!

Good Day...
