Can't read a music file bought on itunes. What I have to do?

Hi

I have bought an Album of Paul Van Dyk. Tow files are Dj mix in the album but one of the two don't work.

I can see it on my library at the level of the album and in the folder on my Hard Drive but impossible to be able to read it either with Itunes and other media player (VLC, WM Player ..)

The file on my hard drive is about 140 Mo so it seems ok, the only thing I have noticed is that the informations of the file (author, album... ) are not written..

What is the process to follow so I can read this file?

If redownloading music is available in your area, I recommend deleting the song from your library and redownloading it through iTunes in the Cloud.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for the delay of my answer 😕

I tried the process you gave me but it didn't work. I don't see any cloud icon even if it's activated on the settings.

I am located in France and I don't understand what I have done wrong because I get this
