Do you have a question?
Yes, why doesn't it show me the enable lte in cellular settings?
T-Mobile in what country? And what country did you buy the phone in?
T-Mobile is not an authorized iphone carrier yet.
T-Mobile USA and I bought it in USA
The T-Mobile iPhone 5 does not go on sale until April 12. I'm not sure of the bands that it will use, but it might not be the same bands as AT&T phones. Even if it does use the same bands, as LTE service is not yet officially available it probably won't work. Also, do you have an LTE SIM from T-Mobile?
And for the key question, have you asked T-Mobile why it doesn't work?

I haven't asked T-Mobile yet and I have a nano sim that I got from them. I'm not sure if the sim is the problem.
In addtion to having an LTE SIM your account must be provisioned for LTE. Note also tha T-Mobile's LTE deployment is just starting; they have very little coverage currently. And they don't tell you where they have it, except generally in terms of metropolitan areas.
But I read online that T-Mobile's AWS is different and a completely different 1428 model is being made.
I've read that as well. Assuming it is correct, why would you expect LTE to work on an iPhone you have in your hands today on the US T-Mobile network at all? Much less expect it to work before the announced availability date?
I live near the D.C. area and I usually get full bars and 3G on my phone. Plus, T-Mobile turned on its LTE network today.
Before asking questions about something just announced, try reading some news or doing a little research on your own.

Ok, but is it likely that apple might release an update?
Did you read the article in that link?
Yes, I read it before asking the question but it's makes me feel that I got ripped off.
