i've just bought a Ricoh Aficio 1515 MF and it works perfectlly in the prtinting feature, i cant use it as a scanner, because it doesn't apear in the scanner list.
i'm using Mountain Lion 10.8.3.

Looking at the Ricoh web site, there is only a TWAIN scanner driver for Windows. They do not show a scanner driver for any version of OS X. So you may want to contact Ricoh if you believe you should be able to scan with this model.

I'm having a lot of problems setting up our Ricoh Aficio 1515MF printer up with our iMac (10.8.3). I had successfully set it up with our previous iMac (~July 2011) but I just can't seem to figure out how to do it again.
What driver did you use? It's not on the list of drivers that come with the computer and I've tried going to various sites to download the driver but the computer always says that the file is damaged.
Any advice would be appreciated because it's driving me crazy.

the driver that i used is the Ricoh Aficio 1515 - Gutenprint v5.2.3. an it works perfectlly.
