I set my security questions years ago and can't remember the answers. I need them because it is my first purchase on this computer and I have no clue what the answers are. There's no option showing to say I've forgotten my answers. What do I do?

Sorry the question is so long and kind of pointlessly detailed.

I set my security questions years ago and can't remember the answers. I need them because it is my first purchase on this computer and I have no clue what the answers are. There's no option showing to say I've forgotten my answers. I've seen this option in print screens of the security page and it's normally underneath the two boxes for you to type the answers to your question but it isn't showing up for me so I don't know what to do.

Can someone tell me what to do or give me a way of contacting someone at apple or itunes so that I can sort it out, as all this happened after I topped up my account and I don't want to lose the money I put on there 😟
