I have music I've created myself from Cubase then to an Mp3 on my ipod touch. Will that music be backed if I use iCloud for backup? I would like to have a backup on both my computer and iCloud to restore from.

So can this music be backed up on my computer? Is it backed up via iTunes because that's where my "Music" and "Playlists" are?
If the music is in your iTunes library just backup your library. See:
