I can't back up my iphone 4s.

I am using iTunes 11.0.2 with iphone 4s. Since March 8th, 2013, my iphone tries to backup to itunes and it keeps getting the error: "Itunes could not backup the iphone because an error occurred" I have tried everything on the troubleshooting website: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2529 and nothing seems to work. My itunes works with my ipad 2 and ipod classic with syncing and backing up but not my iphone 4s. I even tried backing up on another computer and it still doesn't work. Please help.

Have you tried to delete the current backup on the computer? If you are having trouble backing up the phone and even attempting a backup on another computer is not working, there seems to be a bigger problem than the backup.

I tried deleting the backup and it still won't backup the phone.

When you tried to backup the phone on another computer, you say it didn't work. Are you receiving an error message? Is your iTunes up to date?

Yes It says the same error message "Itunes could not backup the iphone because an error occurred" I believe the other computer had the most up to date which is the same one I have on my computer. 11.0.2
