Mail not loading on both iPad And iPhone

Having problem updating email. Just searching. I can access thru yahoo but not thru preset mail app

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

It sounds like your email account may be set up incorrectly. You could go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and delete the account and then use the iPad Mail Setup Assistant (below) to re-establish it.

The email was working fine on iphone and ipad for 2 yrs. Already tried deleting accts.Also read all the forums where people had this problem in past. So, I contacted yahoo via their online form and miraculously it was fixed the next day! That was after staying up to 2am trying to fix.
