App Store keeps notifing me that I have updates. When I open the App Store the windows says "No Updates Available" however the icon still show the number 1 and I keep getting notifications that I have updates available. Is there are problem with the App Store or my Mac?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
