Why is Hips Don't Lie not available at the iTunes Music Store?

The track is on Shakira's Oral Fixation volume 2 album which is available on iTunes, but the extra tracks which are on the cd you can buy in a store or at AOL are not available on iTunes. This seems crazy to me.

I'm not that keen on Shakira, but love that track and I thought that was what iTunes was for. What's the problem?

Skater, this has been discussed several times already in the forums. If I remember, this song is on Shakira's website for free, so it will probably never be on iTunes.

Thanks for your reply.

Before I posted my question, I did do a search on hips but got no results. Now I'm logged in, I found the earlier discussion.

It still seems illogical to me though.
