if i remove then reinstall itunes, will all my music and everything that is on there off my phone be lost??
If i uninstall, then reinstall itunes will i lose all the music and all the information off my phone thats on there???

Under normal circumstances, an uninstall/reinstall doesn't touch your content. (That being said, it's still always a good idea to maintain a current backup at all times in case of disasters of any sort.)
