Hi,
I am trying to get my copy of FCE to my new computer.
My old computer died and I re-installed FCE into my new computer.
How can I do I de-install old version to my new computer?

I don't know what you mean by "How can I do I de-install old version to my new computer?"
If you have the installation disc you simply install it on your new Mac.
You don't have to do anything with the old one.
There is no deinstallation process like you get with some Windows apps.
