Hi I got problem with face time app while I am in conversation my I phone went off .please help me what I can do

Plug your phone to the wall charger. We have no clue why it turned off. Was your battery low?
No the battery was up to 35/percent but after i have plugged in wall but it doesn't work so I don't know what to do . So please do you have any other suggestion. Thanks for reply
