Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

What are you referring to with "magic pad"? If you are referring to the Magic Trackpad, Windows doesn't support gestures by default, but after installing the Boot Camp drivers that you can download from Boot Camp Assistant or the Apple website, the Magic Trackpad driver will be installed and you will be able to use some customizable gestures. Unfortunately, this driver doesn't support the Windows 8 natural gestures yet

The Magic Trackpad (and the portable Macs trackpads) doesn't support that type of gestures now. There's an application called Trackpad++ that adds those Windows 8 natural gestures, but it's not compatible with the Magic Trackpad yet. You have to wait for an update of this application
