Missing emails from Apple forums

Last weekend several email notifications for threads I was watching failed to arrive.

The same thing has happened again for at least one thread in the last 12 hours although several have arrived.

I use Gandi for email - a well respected mail provider.

Lost emails do not arrive later so I assume they were never sent by Apple.

Can anybody shed any light on this?

Mac OS X (10.5.8), on 733 MHz G4+, G3s, Ubuntu on R630

Thanks for replies - I am pleased it is not just me.

I am not too sure about these:

1 - At one time I got the impression that opening my mailing preferences and closing them resolved things for a while.

2 - I noticed one thread I had subscribed to had lost (or never had) my subscription set in Actions (top right of page) so I reset it.

I wondered if it was a JavaScript or browser version issue - I use Safari 5.0.6 - what versions do you use?

Thanks - where do you get your information?

That would be telling! But this may be the reply I got:

We have been debugging this over the past few days and are seeing some odd behavior. Continuing to look at the email server to see if there are any connection issues.

So, like I said, it's a Jive issue and they are working on it! 😀

(Neville, I alerted the powers that be to this thread.)
