For Mac OS X Tiger, Boot Camp was available as a beta. However, that beta expired on December 31st, 2007, and now Boot Camp isn't available for Mac OS X Tiger. The only way to get Boot Camp is upgrading to Mac OS X Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard You can also upgrade to Mac OS X Leopard, but it's more expensive and older than Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Make a backup before upgrading
