Q: what if you dont have a sim card?

i just purchased a iphone5 yesterday at a sprint store.. i had a update avaliable and i updated it.

i keep getting a pop up that states no sim and in the corner of my phone where it shows your service it states no sim.

i have dont all of the trouble shooting that is on the website and it works but then it will pop back up stating so sim like hrs after i have done

the trouble shooting..i do believe i have no sim card in my phone.. if i do how do i know where its at?? can u please help me??

    Why do you not have a SIM card? Check it and see. It should have come with a Sprint SIM in it. It's possible the SIM is bad. Try to eject the SIM and make sure. If removing and re-inserting it doesn't clear it up, go back to Sprint and get a replacement SIM.
