i have downloaded music i bought and purchased music from itunes and my imac (new) cannot find the music. I dont enve see one album in there and twp songs that I purchased are not on my itunes. I also have something causing my computer to duplicate songs

I had an older imac that started losing music from my itunes and duplicating songs and photos. Some fo the duplicated photos were my fault because i ws trying to send them and where i was sending them needed a particular type of file format, but to lose an entire album or to tell me it doesnt recognize i purchased a prticular song that I purchase from itunesseems like that should be able to be tracked down somewhere? i got charged for it, but it was a while ago.

What do I do about that?

I bought the gemini duplicate finder application that the apple rep said was fee and now it appears to be lost on my computer, also.

How do I fix all these problems?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), i recently purchased the imac
