No. iCloud backup requires a WiFi connection.

I dont have wifi right now and i want to backup my data. I have 3g network. I want to upgrade my firmware but before that i want to backup my data. Is there any other way to backup data other wifi

My wifi antenna is fried, is there anyway to back up to iCloud? (e.g., by using a computer as a conduit?)

No. If you connect to the computer, backup in iTunes. As stated earlier, an iCloud backup requires Wi-Fi.
