my passbook was had some bucks on it. today it back to 0$ because i reinstalled starbucks app with other starbucks's account . i don't know how to get my money back.

um this is a public forum. you just typed your apple id to every one. edit that out please. also you need to contact the app maker you had a balance with.

Try changing back to the original account. When you reinstalled
with a different account, there is no way for the app to know about
your first account.
i know nothing about original account because at first time i used passbook, i just installed starbucks app and it automatically set up starbucks' account for me
then you need to contact starbucks this has nothing to do with passbook. your money was on the old starbucks card not the new

I guess I mis-interpreted what you said.
i mean at frist time i used passbook it automatically connected to starbucks app in name and password.
lost money on passbook
