The only iCloud facility you can use is the email: you can set up your email application to access the email on an existing iCloud account (which you need a Mac or an iOS device to set up) by using the settings listed here:
Is there any other information? I used to be able to get and send email from my icloud account on my Android phone, but can't any more. The information in the link you provided doesn't work for me. I've attempted to set it up dozens of times. I can receive mail, but I can't send any out.
Ideas?
Those are the correct settings: if they aren't working for you I'm afraid I don't know why not. Just to confirm you have got SSL enabled? - and you aren't trying to send messages with something other than your iCloud address as the 'From' address?
