My iPad is frozen and won't turn off

If you haven't tried, you can hold the "home button" on the front and the "sleep/wake button" on the top right at the same time for 5-10 seconds.

Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
