Whenever I to pull up my account info, it only shows the username and password box. No other tabs to make a new account... Why?
If you want to create a new account,
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > Sign out then sign in with the new Apple ID.
I tried that, no luck. Whenever I go to cellular data and click on "view account" to make a new account, just a username and password shows up. I don't know why it is doing that. On my other iPad it shows up with multiple tabs to choose from. Hmmm.
Sounds like there is already an active account on this one.
I did buy it used. Maybe they never deactivated their account. But once they do, I should be able to make a new account, right?
