MBP Retina NVDA(OpenGL): Channel timeout! 10.8.3

After big 10.8.3 and video 1.0 update on my retina macbook pro (2.7GHZ 16GB) I started receiving constant freezing's and crashes while I was trying to render some video in After Effects (I guess it's may involve CUDA Driver(5.0.45) also).

Like 99% chance of getting this freeze image with wheel of death is to start a render in AE and try to watch some flash video in browser in hi quality, and sometimes I don't even need to do anything exept render.

I was trying to monitor alerts in console but I don't understand much so only suspicious thing I notice is these Channel timeout messages.

Really frustrating that I need constantly check my computer in case of crash and restart it manually.
