Saving Citrix apps

Hi There,

I have quite an old version of citrix which we aren't able to configure to be able to set up on citrix receiver. In the past we have been able to save the targetted files to the mac desktop and launch them, but the method we previously used doesn't appear to be working.

Has anyone had this issue before?
