So I installed Windows using Boot Camp. Support drivers were moved to my USB stick.
I started up driver installer, and it says that this type of file is not supported by this version of Windows. This is probably because I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (x86). I didn't find any x86 support drivers anywhere.

That's because you have downloaded the Boot Camp 5 drivers. Boot Camp 5 drivers are only compatible with 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows 8 versions. In order to get the correct Boot Camp version for your 32-bit Windows, download them from the Apple website > http://support.apple.com/downloads
Another option you have is to upgrade to a 64-bit Windows version
Those drivers are designed for the Mid 2011 MacBook Air and Mac mini. Try these Boot Camp drivers > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1634 These drivers require an Early 2008 MacBook Pro or newer, until the Late 2011 MacBook Pro
Simple you can only install the 64bit version of Windows on these newer Mac computers. I'm surprised it even let youy install the 32bit version of Windows.
If you have a Retail version of Windows it came with both the 32 & 64 bit versions, 2 separate DVDs. Install the 64 bit version. Then run the BC drivers.
As a last try, install these drivers designed for Mid 2012 13 and 15-inch MacBooks Pro (the MacBook you have) > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1636

There are different Boot Camp 4 drivers available. Which one have you downloaded? Note that they are different for each Mac model

Label on bottom says (C)2010, but it has Mountain Lion installed since the box was sealed, so it is a 2012 model.
