I keep getting storage full error messages
I can't seem to delete enough stuff from icloud storage to avoid paying for more
any suggestions?

Export your Photos and Videos from Camera Roll to your computer.
Delete Photos and Videos from Camera Roll.
Delete old backups.
Make a new Backup.
