Okay so it has been announced that T-Mobile will be selling the iPhone 5 and it will also support their 4G LTE networks. My question is, if I bought a factory unlocked iPhone 5 from the Apple store (2 weeks ago) will it support the 4G LTE T-Mobile networks? Or will be stuck with the insoncistant 3G and Edge speeds? I have the A1428 model.

The reports have been that T-mobile will be using a unique frequency for their 4G LTE that is not supported by the iPhone 5 at this time. The other frequency bands should be the same.
Oh okay thanks! Do you know if the iPhone 5's sold after T-Mobile's launch date will support the 4G LTE if I buy another iPhone 5 factory unlocked from the Apple store?

Articles have indicated that eventually the Apple Stores will sell a single model that will work on both T-Mobile's and AT&T's networks, but how soon that will happen is unknown.

We are all fellow users on here and not privy to Apple's marketing plans so cannot tell you when or even if a new model will come out...that is all rumor at this point.
Will my current iPhone 5 factory unlocked from Apple support T-Mobile's 4G LTE when T-Mobile launches the iPhone on April 14th?
