My mini iPad blacks out and go into start start screen. It is very irritating as you need to start all over again. Anyone with solution.

I dont know if this will work but have you tried a complete reset of the iPad? Make sure you have synced the iPad and backed it up before you try it. After you sync it(assuming you are using iTunes on the computer) open the summary section once your ipad has synced. At the top right of the page where it says update software there will also be a section that will say something that says something to the tune of reset. Click on it and it will reset the ipad software. This will fix the issue if it is a sofeware problem, but it may very well be a hardware problem. In that case you will need to call Apple and have them fix you screen. I Hope this helps!And Good Luck!!🙂

i'm having this problem with my ipad mini as well as iphone 4s. three trips to the genius bar and three resets.

then pop, there they go again.

i have restored both devices to "new" without resolution.

has anyone else had multiple devices do this?

any solutions? I wouldn't think i have two clunkers
