Q: i downloaded my ultraviolet copy, but it doesn't show up that i did

I downloaded my ultraviolet copy of Les Miserables onto itunes, and went through all the steps. The only thing I didn't do was transfer it onto my ipod nano. I shut down my computer, but today when I turned it on to download it onto my ipod it didn't register that I'd ever downloaded it. So I tried to redownload it from universal but it says that I've already redeemed it, and I can't do it again. What should I do?

UltraViolet has nothing to do with iTunes.

Dowload (not redeem) the file again.

    You cannot play an Ultraviolet movie in iTunes, nor can it be transferred to an iPod nano. You will need the Flixster application to play Ultraviolet movies on your Mac or on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch).

     

    Do you really mean a digital download from the iTunes Store? If so, you'll need to tell us what model of nano you have and what version of iTunes. We'll also need to know if the movie shows in iTunes.
