Q: Connecting to iTunes store

I checked my internet connectivity.  Network interface is verified and internet connection is verified.  iTunes is enabled in the firewall, yet my secure link to iTunes store failed.  I cant get help because "it says" I am not connected to the internet,  HELP ME
