Motion 5 Template Legal Usage

Hi there,

sorry to bother you with a legal question. I´m producing as a freelancer journalist a first short video for a german TV station. I made the video myself (just 2 minutes), bought some background music and added the template "Splash" (for the video intro and outro) which is provided with Motion and added just some text.

Can I legally use this template for this commercial use or not? Doesnt find anything in the license agreement.
